Frühe Quartzuhr der zweiten Kameido Seikosha Fabrik, Modell 3923-5010, ca 1973. "VFA" auf dem Zifferblatt bedeutet "Very Fine Adjusted" und bedeutet, dass es sich um ein Quartzwerk mit den höchsten Qualitätsstandards handelt. Die Ganggenauigkeit ist mit maximal 5 Sekunden pro Monat spezifiziert ist. Zudem besitzt dieses Kaliber eine Batterieanzeige in Form einer blinkenden LED Leuchte. Sobald die LED nicht mehr sichtbar ist, bleibt nur noch eine Laufzeit von einigen Tagen. Die Zeigerbewegung wird nicht durch einen rotierenden Schrittschaltmotor erzeugt, sondern durch einen Ankermechanismus, vergleichbar dem der Rolex OysterQuartz Cal 5035.
